Nice pet store with good selections and in house self wash dog stations. Their rewards program used to be great and the main reason for being a return customer but the recent reward changes significantly reduced the appeal of the program. You can no longer rack up points to use when you want, rather, they now automatically redeem whatever points you have and give you 30 days to use the coupon before it expires. Notably, there is no way to opt out of this new "feature". The removal of the Product/Service Rewards part of the program is also a downgrade as now there is no longer incentive to buy multiple or the same service or product at once.

The people that work in the store are great. Corporate doesn't care about them or the customers!!! The rewards program is flawed and they take points away prematurely even before a year is up!!! I have been a regular customer for years now and use my points but no more!!!! This is the 2nd time they took away points early!!!! After all the many purchases I have made throughout the years you would think they would fix it! NO!!!! I am done with them!!!!! Just dropped money there yesterday but no more!!! It's sad that they would rather lose customers than fix an easy issue.

I was able to find the items for our Sulcata tortoises. I need a larger enclosure so they can stroll when they want to eat from the food grown for specically them. The aquarium is fine. I just want them to have space and a natural way to graze for their food. Mini dinosaurs were given as Christmas gifts. I have a mini zoo........😂🥰🐈‍⬛🐕🦌🐢🐇🕊🐦🌴🌵🌾 soon to add more.

First time shopping at this place and it's very nice. They definitely have everything you might need for any of your pets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check it out.
