I will never recommended this animas hospital! I buy a membership for my dog, I was tinkering that this was amazing hospital for my dog, after 9 month taking him to get all types of treatments, one day I take him for a nail trimming and a bath, they kept my dog for more that 3 hours and after I was asking for him many time they give me a lot of excuses, when I got him, he was with a big bruise on his upright lip! They don’t say anything and try to act like nothing happened ! Also they gives him medication and I ending calling the police on them! Please report anything that you see on your dog because they don’t want to take any responsibility never. Are you kidding me! You guys send my dog to different clinics same day you cancel me and send me with your insurance that a course is in your favor and try to pay me 54 dollars! If you like I can share all email! I don’t think that apology is enough for the time of animal abuse my dog and my self pass for! This is unacceptable! You not professional at all! I have all email for you part and my answer! Animal abuse is unacceptable be more professional since your hospital is not cheap at all! Pay more to your employees so they can be more professional!

We have been taking our Huskies to Elmhurst Animal Care Center for years, and they always receive excellent care. From the front desk staff, to the techs, down to the veterinarians. We have taken them here for check ups/follow up cares, boarding, and training. Whenever we go on vacation, our dogs stay here for boarding. We can tell they’re having the best time from the pictures we receive from the boarding staff. It’s like our dogs are on their own vacation! Dr Cudiamat is our go-to vet. He is professional, very kind, and very reassuring. He really cares for our dogs. Not to mention very patient, because our dogs tend to be very “hyper” and anxious in public. He answers all our questions and concerns. We can’t say enough good things about him and the staff, especially when it came to the most difficult time of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our old man husky. The staff was very considerate. Dr Cudiamat did an amazing job at informing us of the “process.” We felt that they were all there for us during this time. And they even sent us a sympathy card showing their condolences. Which we appreciated. So, thank you Elmhurst Animal Care Center! Also, take your dogs to train with Derrick! He’s awesome!! You’ll definitely thank him and yourself for doing it. lol.

As far as I’m concerned, Elmhurst animal Hospital is the best place for animal care I have ever been to!! All the doctors are very personable and sincerely care about your pet as if it was their own! Their tech and support staff, are the most caring staff you’ll find in the state!! I highly recommend them for all of your pet care.

My dog had a dental procedure/surgery and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Especially our doctor, big thanks to him. My dog is doing a lot better now.

Elmhurst Animal Care is the BEST. I brought in 3 of my dogs (2 GSDs and a lab mix)all at once and they could have not been any nicer! The service was friendly and fast. They were as attentive as anyone would hope for, gentle with my dogs and very respectful of me. They even knew which vet had attended to my dogs. I highly recommend them. Although I believe all of their vets are wonderful, my dogs love Dr. Berg and he is so very good with them!
