Petco

On 3 separate trips, on different days of the week, the rodent enclosures have looked exactly the same. The ferret enclosure specifically. The entire store overwhelmingly smells like the feces in this enclosure, we physically couldn’t be in the store longer than 5 minutes. One of the ferrets was eating its own feces, likely because the shared food bowl was empty. There’s always too many in the enclosure. Judging from the poop on the top of those water bottles I’d say they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. This is every single time we come here. Please please please do better. This is disgusting. We won’t be coming back and we will be telling every single person we know to not come back. The petco on Perkins would never do this.

The staff here is amazing. I had to put my beloved diesel down today and they were very compassionate with us through the process. The vet here is the only vet that my dog would tolerate and I’m so happy his life ended with people around him that cared for him.

The best grooming staff. They have kindly gotten me in on the day of, extremely last minute, multiple times when my dog is really needing a grooming. The staff are all great. My dog loves coming here. Highly recommend Petco on Siegen lane!

Came here today for my son, but so many of the tanks are in this condition. I will go to PetSmart first. This is so sad. I feel terrible for these creatures.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE PETCO. They always have markdowns that are not listed in the store, but they are on the Petco App. And Petco ALWAYS PRICE MATCHES (or does price adjustments/overrides) to give you the cheaper price!! I save a ton of money using that trick, rarely ever pay full price for an item. You have to download the app and sign up, which is no big deal. It’s definitely worth it. Also the employees are always friendly- I’ve never had a bad experience and we shop at Petco a couple times a month usually.
