Yesterday I took my Yorkie here to get groomed by Jaclyn and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. She accidentally nicked his neck while shaving him then when I came to pick him up I was shocked at how bad the haircut was. I specifically provided her with photos and tips on how I would like his face cut and she did the exact opposite. She cut all of his beard off and the hair on the back of his head doesn’t look right either. Not happy at all and they only gave me a 20% off the grooming bill. First two photos is how I wanted it and the last three is from today.

Vetco staff was lovely! Quickly did my pups vaccines, were SOOO sweet, and answered all of my questions!! Unfortunately the cashier, Kelly, should be placed in a part of the store where she doesn’t have to interact with other humans. She had a terrible attitude the entire checkout time. Something rung up for more than it was listed as, I told her, & she grudgingly took the item from me and went to go check. She then came back to the register with the entire sign listing the adjusted price… but not the item. Rung me up and then made me stand there while she took her sweet time going back across the store to get the item that she took from me to price check… THEN hands me the item and the receipt. No bag. And the entire time didn’t speak a SINGLE word and had this rude look on her face. Maybe she should help with cleaning the cages or something.

If I could put no stars I would today my mom brought her dog to the grooming and they halfway cut her hair and had us walk out with it because she was in heat and also said she had anal gland problem and we couldn't bring her back until I'm so we brought her to the vet The vet said she has never heard anything like that before and the vet said that they could have finished cutting her hair and give her a bath. They could at least finish cutting her hair off instead of letting us walk out with that half cut dog but we won't be back so if I could give it a zero stars I would but I have to give it a one star won't be back
