I absolutely love having a local store near me that is not only stocked with everything I need but also has such a friendly and helpful staff! They’ve been amazing, especially when I recently set up my marine fish tank. Every time I have a question or need advice, they’re always there to help with a smile. I absolutely love this local pet shop! Every time I visit, I find myself mesmerized by their beautiful selection of pets. I called the store for some advice on my baby turtle due to his puffy eyes. I asked Matthew for general advise on what I can do. He asked me so many questions to get an idea to see what was going on. He provided me with a detailed list and items to help with my baby turtle issues. And also asked for me to follow up. I appreciate this sincerely! Matthew is awesome! Will update once my turtle gets better

Found a beardie on the sidewalk in the cold pouring rain 10 days ago. Didn’t know anything about these creatures from Adam. Tried to keep it alive but realized it was way beyond my capabilities to care for this baby reptile. Took it to Nature’s R&R and they welcomed it with unconditional love. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about this reptile, they put it in its own tank with all the environmental necessities. I offered a monetary donation to the store but they refused it repeatedly. “We do what we do out of love for these animals” they said, and it shows. The store is clean, organized and welcoming. The staff is beyond helpful!!! Definitely the place to go if your life is somehow connected to a reptile or fish.
