Amazing Animalz

The owner and groomer has been grooming my dogs for almost 30 years. She has extremely high standards regarding cleanliness and how all the animals are cared for in her store. She accepts rescues of ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs.This is not something you see anymore especially in the big chain stores. This woman has a heart of gold and the animals in her care are ALWAYS the priority. Both myself and my friend use her for grooming, I highly recommend her store and her grooming services

I don't know how she cares for the rest of her animals but I would only go here if you are looking to RESCUE rats from her. She has them in gallon fish tanks with mesh tops (standard for stores) BUT she has 10-20 of them of all sizes PACKED in there, not separated by age or even gender. The tank was disgusting with one big plastic house in there that when she lifted up to help me look at them a sea of rats came spilling out running in all directions. They were all terrified and half of them were either balding or near completely hairless due to stress. When it came time for her to help me grab them out of the tank (because the biggest rats were all biting my arm and hand, enough to draw blood, looking for food) she grabbed them up BY THE TAILS and threw them in a live cricket shipping box, which she then dumped some bedding in and taped shut. For the unfamiliar, the box looked like a standard cardboard box you'd get an amazon package in but one side had a big plastic disk with tiny holes in it, for air. I don't know if these rats were supposed to be feeders, and that's why she seemingly didn't care about them or their wellbeing AT ALL. But never once did she express this to me, never once was there a sign saying feeders, and she housed them in the same room/space as rabbits and guinea pigs. And there were HUGE rats in that cage, bigger than you would ever feed a snake. Not to mention the cage said "friendly" on the outside which if it was a feeder rat, wouldn't matter. Doesn't matter anyway; even a feeder rat shouldn't be treated like that. A really long story short; don't buy rodents from this woman unless you plan on a long journey of rehabilitation for them, because they have been abused.

Such NICE PEOPLE! called about a mini bunny, they were helpful extremely fast, knowledgeable and over all nice, friendly and welcoming. Thank you 💗 😊

This is such a great store, especially if you're interested in reptiles! They have a very full reptile room, and are very willing to let you pet and handle them. There is a really neat selection, including boas, tegus, bearded dragons, iguanas, leopard geckos... They have pet supplies and do dog grooming. There are some cute resident bunnies that roam the store, and they also have some rescue animals. I go there to get superworms for my beardie, and my daughter always wants to come along to visit the animals

Animals kept in disgusting conditions. Rats completely losing their fur & drinking dirty water. Reptiles not properly cared for. Absolutely unacceptable.
