Very disappointed. Paid $ 90.00 for grooming service including nail services plus tip, and look how my schnauzer came out. I could not even recognize my dog when I picked him up at door, asked for a TRIM and this is what we got looking like a CHIHUAHUA. No style and completely shaved. THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT HIS NAILS BUT CHARGED ME The employee was RUDE when I caught them charging me for a service not done and providing my feedback simply responding with an “ok”We will never ever bring our dog back here again, poor little baby.

Ample parking. Handicapped parking available. Store is very clean. Staff are polite. Prices are on the high side. I purchased Petco's Hardball Cat Litter (best litter I've found so far). Stop & Shop located next door. Off the highway with plenty to do in the area.

The absolute worst. They don't trim nails so the quick receeds. My dog ended up in surgery because the groomer Julian left her nails so long one was pulled off and emergency surgery had to be done and all other nails cut way back. The incompetence of the groomers, your charged more for nothing and your dog gets injured because of them not listening to the owner who knows. They have a horrible inventory as well. You can't even buy a leash and halter.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND GROOMING. They just take off the tip so you have to keep coming back !Horrible company! I was also treated terribly by the manager when I called and said my dog ended up in surgery. I will never return to this Petco or any other of their stores.

Greeted when you walk in asking if you need help finding anything. Store is well stocked, I always find what I need. Employees are very pleasant.
