poor reptile keeping their set ups are all incorrect. i understand they’re temporary enclosures, but they’re dirty and have low humidity and incorrect heating. i bought a pac-man frog that died within 2 hours of bringing it home. also, this DEAD chameleon was just out on display! crazy!!

Apr 06, 2025 · Marshall MurphyYou won’t ever have to worry about be coming back to this train wreck of a store Vetco and Grooming are not very friendly and not very knowledgeable of services and fees. Vetco staff was absolutely atrocious and was not welcoming at all. I did not feel welcomed nor valued at all. Manager tried but I don’t think she got the just of my complaint. I thanked her kindly for her time obit said we will not becoming back. Veto never emailed me my lab results of my dog like they said they would The manner they gave my dogs lab results was very blasé and almost as if it was bothering them that I was asking about my dogs care. They freely sent me to the grooming to get nails clipped. Whom said you had to wait 24 hours to get nails clipped because she had blood drawn Vetco just said oh and went back to their phones. I asked any other advice about my dog to vetco and the “dr” said she doesn’t have heart worms wand just get her vaccinated. And waved his little girly hand at me. Never again

The only downside to me is their very small cat toy section in comparison to other stores in the upstate. Coming back to add that it has been months since I have seen a restock in the supplements for cats- the shelves have been completely empty. No reason to come here if you only have cats
