Petco

This is my local Petco so I'm here often. They have a decent selection of toys and bones for my dogs and they offer a great selection of food as well. I almost exclusively used this location for my girls' nail trims, but the groomer I prefer recently moved to another store so I'll be going elsewhere for these now. I would have continued to use them, however I was going out of town and I called for a last minute trim for one of my dogs and they said they couldn't fit me in. Poor customer service if you ask me considering I've never not tipped them and my dog is not a problem child. Regardless, I called a near-by store to see if I could get in there and coincidentally got my preferred groomer from this store. She happily fit me in so I'll be continuing to book grooming services with her. This store is the fastest around when it comes to buy-online-pickup-in-store by a long way. They do a great job at that. I almost exclusively used that service and they've only forgotten one thing, one time which is a great track record considering how often I'm there. Were it not for the grooming issue, I may have given them 5 stars, but that just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beautiful work! Kelly takes such great care of my fourteen year old baby boy that I followed her across state lines to get his hair done! Jeannette and Kelly are fantastic. My dog was in very poor condition due to allergies and she was very matted. They did an awesome job giving her a good bath and cut! I highly recommend them! Thank you!
