Let see there are good people here. Jen and Mary and I don’t know the young girl who works in fish is awesome. How ever the night shift manager and her little buddy . Have zero customer skills I’ve gotten attitude and a million question about my fish tanks. I have multiple tanks and been fish keeping a lot longer then them when they come out and say this isn’t my department. Everytime those two women work in the events just lost a well paying customer. She seems like she hate her job and wears a mask all the time . She is a big problem here . I’ve spent a lot of money here but no more poor poor employees

I came in to pick up some “Made by Nacho” food. Your store is always very low or out of the product line. It totally causes me to go else where. I wish I could count on you to vary “Made by Nacho” with a reasonable inventory on the shelf.

Never ever go here for fish, we've had aquariums for over 20 years and they wouldn't sell us fish because they didn't agree with our tank setup. We were about to buy $100 worth of products and they turned us away. We have fully planted CO2 setup. They have no training or understanding of tank husbandry. Do not support this store. Go to a real aquarium store.

Usually I go to ElCajon so I've only been in the store a few times but last couple times was hard to find an employee to ring me up or ask a question. The first time I felt like just walking out without paying . Another time I just needed to ask a question. This time I came with a return and looked around for awhile to finally found someone the process it but the lady seemed inconvenieninced and wasn't very friendly . Had planned to look around at fish after the return was complete and maybe get something but after that interaction I didn't want to deal with her again if I got something. Maybe I'll try the store again but haven't had a good experience yet.

Well stocked with alot of variety. Kinda surprised on the small section of cat treats . I thought they'd have more then a "end cap" . But the clerk said no. That was all they had . They have live fish 🐟. Which is nice .they also have a small dog grooming service in side of the store. Convenient
