Very nice and accommodating staff!! Saltwater tanks need some help - holy algae! I’m all for a good questionnaire before sending animals home with someone to make sure they have the right environment but I felt like I was being interrogated by people who admit they’re not sure what to do with marine animals. I went in for snails and coral and ended up with a fish too. If they understood what to do to make their display tanks better then I’d be more receptive to them drilling me about my tanks at home. Even after explaining I have 2 established tanks they still asked all sorts of questions like what’s in my tanks, how big, etc… all healthy questions if they knew what proper salinity is for keeping corals and in fact most if not all marine animals is and if each tank wasn’t carpeted with all kinds of algae and such. Just be prepared if you want saltwater animals. It’s otherwise a clean store with helpful people.

Store experience was great, very helpful staff. But trying to redeem a promotion in the website, very bad. It advertised a 35% discount on a product if you setup reoccurring shipping, the discount was in almost every car food except for the one I actually use. Very disappointing.

The employees at this store are very personable. I also just finished taking my puppy to puppy training with Elaina, she was amazing. Great personality and she made the class fun. Not only did my pup learn much needed skills, I did as well. I can take what Elaina taught us, and carry on with the training going forward.

A lot of different stuff then ... say ... Walmart or a grocery store. A little beat up. But that's cause they get hit hard I can tell. But they have a pet discount rack. And tons of healthy food selections. Staff is respectful. And honestly let you shop. After wondering if your finding everything. I wish they had more cat treats. Almost seems ridiculous that they have a 3x3 ft. Section of almost empty cat treats when they have 4 aisles of cat food. They have live betta fish 🐟 ranging from $3.99 to $ 28.00+. My 3.99 is beautiful and still alive. Ty
