Good location with ample parking, however constantly severely understaffed. I shop here several times a month and the line is never ever short, average 5-10 minute wait just to check out. Staff are all very kind, especially Tim.

Extremely nice gentleman helped me at the counter. Very nice women walking around the store offering help. Clean and put together, had everything I needed

This is the best Petco I have ever been to. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always helpful with all our needs and concerns. The store is always clean and they always have the products I am looking for. Highly recommend this location.

I use to go to this location all the time to get my dog’s nails trimmed and buffed. Every time I go in (this past year) I’ve been turned down or told that they are too busy many times. On some days they’ve closed early. I’ve tried putting an appointment in, but got turned down because the services I wanted done were walk in services only. I just don’t get what the issue is. I choose this location because it’s closer to home for me. But I have to go else where, because I’ve been turned down too many times. Just this last 2 weeks I’ve been turned down 3 times. My last visit, I had a young woman (didn’t catch her name) give me attitude and was upset because I put in for a bathing services online to get an appointment just so my dog can get a simple nail and buff (since I never can get them done as a walk in service). And she told me she couldn’t do the services because the appointment was for bathing. She told me I would have to walk in. So then I asked her, well since I am here already and “walking in”. Can I get my dog’s nails trimmed/buffed and she told me she was too busy. I loooved coming here because my dog was always comfortable and loved one particular groomer. He’s such a good boy and just seems to love this grooming department. But this past year has been horrible and it is really sad that I have to write something like this, but it has to be done. Idk what more needs to be done whether you guys as a company need to hire more groomers, or really dial in on the personnel you hire. But I really do hope something great comes out of all these complaints you get.

Very disappointed that everytime I make an appointment someone quits as a groomer! I never recieved a call to reschedule. I kept getting texts that they are excited to see us. Then the day before our appointment I get another excited to see you tomorrow text and 3 minutes later a text that says your cancelled. I call them and spoke to Giovanni . He claimed they called me to reschedule but I never got any messages. Only the texts to confirm my appointment and keep telling me excited to see you. This is the second time a groomer I have had with them quit. They are very unorganized and obviously can't keep the employees satisfied or they would not be quitting.
