IS THE GOAT! my traumatized friend wanted to get over her fears and hold a snake. he gave us an amazing experience and was so patient. i learned so much about snakes. he was so incredibly kind and generous to us. their snake selection is great. they had a ball python that was a good choice for us. I went into Petco this afternoon looking for help for my 10 month old puppy,and her 2 day old puppies that are just sucking the life right out of her. I was greeted by an associate that helped not only find everything I needed to help her but also helped me pay for what I needed to help her the associates name is Brent. He is definitely a big asset to your company he deserves a raise and possibly management. I will definitely be doing all my dogs shopping at this store from now on.

Sean B. is an absolute KING! 👑🐍 If you have even the slightest fear of snakes, do yourself a favor and go see Sean B. This guy is a legend. I used to break into a full sprint at the mere thought of a snake, but thanks to Sean’s patience, knowledge, and downright magical ability to make reptiles seem cool instead of terrifying, I can now say I’ve conquered my fear! Sean didn’t just throw a snake at me and call it a day—he took the time to educate me, let me observe from a safe distance, and slowly built up my confidence until I was actually holding one. I went from crying to smiling in under an hour. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, Sean is hilarious, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. Thank you, Sean, for turning my fear into fascination! 🐍✨

Looking for the right collar for our kitten i drove to Petco on Meridian and started looking for options. Issac helped me with a few options after which he started looking up for a particular type online and it seemed to be available in the store. We started looking for it in all the places and then came in Brent who took us to the right spot and it was right in our front of our eyes though we still couldn't locate it. He noted the SKU and went to the back and came back with Donney and he showed us location to the item and it was right in front of us. While Brent and Donney helped with the search process, Issac definitley helped with the search and as well with the checkout process as i grabbed a few treats as well along the way for our cats. Great customer service, amazing interaction and i kind of got what i was looking for from the product perspective makes it for a great yelp review and story :) Another Petco success story and absolutely recommend paying them a visit for all your pet related needs

He helped my friend get over her fear and I even got to hold the snake too which was something I wouldn’t have been able to do without Sean. Sean is the heart of Petco.
