Wow! Not only did they erase my review - where their employee failed to fill my order but literally said to my face “what do ya want me to do about it ?! Don’t be a Karen!” for asking for my paid order to be fulfilled… but they also replied with a standard “sorry we didn’t do a great job, hope we rectified it”… not sure how they did cuz I’ve never heard anything else!! Same place that had a horrible review of feces and urine all over the floors…. New management needed STAT!

FILTHY, DISGUSTING & UNHYGIENIC!! Let me preface this by saying I've lived in this area since 2019--and I used to come to this store at least once a week--and I've never had an issue with this location until today! I haven't been to this store in over 3 months, but this store has never been spotless--most corporate pet stores aren't--but I've never been disgusted as I was today walking in this store. There must be a new manager, and he/she is doing a horrible job. WHY WAS THERE DRIED FECES AND DRIED URINE ON THE FLOOR...EVERYWHERE!!?!? I understand it's a pet store, and sometimes pets have accidents, but to have THAT MUCH DRIED FECES AND URINE on a floor is insane! Obviously, it's been there for a while...from the front door all the way to the back of the store. Completely disgusting and unsanitary! Also, I saw ROACHES crawling on the ferret cage and clumps of dog hair, everywhere--presumably from the groomers--all over the entrance and by the dog treat bar at the entrance. I usually put my dog in a sit when I'm grabbing things off the shelf. I didn't even want my dog to sit on the floor it was soo dirty! I left after a few minutes and bathed my dog when I got home. I also sanitized the bottom of my shoes. DISGUSTING STORE!! There's no excuse for a store to be this dirty and unsanitary. Forget contacting corporate, I'm calling the Georgia Department of Public Health! I work in healthcare . . . this store is 100% a ⚠️health hazard⚠️ to their animals, employees, and customers/customers' pets.

Took my furbaby to this location today for the first time for grooming. Must say that Jarrod, the stylist, did an amazing job. She looks and smells great and the service was excellent. Be sure to ask for Jarrod!

I had two babies that needed a bath and a haircut. They did an excellent job. Thanks for making my babies super cute!

Very unprofessional staff member. This was my fifth visit to this store. The grooming staff member who checked me in was a very unfriendly and lacked basic people skills. After I commented that he should give customers the same common courtesy that he receives, my appointment was suddenly canceled because the groomer did not feel comfortable with my dog. Go figure!!
