Absolutely atrocious animal keeping conditions, overpriced items, and very very rancid, almost rotting smell that isn't what a pet store should smell like. The store must have been bought by someone as most photos on the Google page aren't in the building that is currently operating. Reptiles are kept in small and not properly lit tanks, the fish have 0 lighting at all, and there are dead tarantulas literally tied up in one of the tanks. My heart sank when I saw the condition of this store. AVOID getting anything living from this store.

I love this store!!!! I have 3 Betta fish, and a beautiful snail from here and he always has EVERYTHING I NEED TO CARE FOR THEM. Wonderful education and facts for your pet. I also have a turtle. (My baby)

My daughter bought supplies for a turtle we rescued from the lobby. The turtle loves his tank. And he especially loves the Krill. I have taken the initiative to educate myself about raising the turtle because YouTube has info about everything.

Simply outstanding store. As I read the negative reviews it is evident that Corporate pet stores are their guide. Smell? This place is what a pet store is SUPPOSED to smell like...because it's a real one. My good man was knowledgeable and I have had fish for over 30 years and he has quality ones. The only bad part about my visit had nothing to do with him. His selection was so great that I was confused on which fish to get! I ended up getting two Texas Cichlids who now each have their own 55 gallon tank each to roam and prowl. Count me in as a regular to this place. Any negative reviews need to look within themselves and just admit you didn't know what you were doing. Probably something stupid like not fully conditioning water in your haste to put a fish in the tank.

I am grateful there is a pet store close by to my home. However, the pee smell in the store is awful. I understand they may be understaffed and have a cramped space to operate out of. But many of the tanks in their were absolutely filthy. I just hope the mice/fish are okay. That absolutely cannot be healthy for them or the workers there to breath in all day. I shouldn’t be able to feel a smell.
