Petco

My 1st visit to this store was very pleasant. When I got 2 the cashier, she asked about my purchases & answered my questions regarding the gifts I was thinking about purchasing. She gave great advice when I told her my grandpup is a "super chewer," so I went back & got more appropriate gifts. I really appreciated her attention to detail & her kindness made my shopping experience very enjoyable. (I wish I made note of her name.)

I truly cannot stand this store! The night manager with glasses has a very rude attitude! Also I took my puppy there for the VIP Vaccinations which was their 12 wk. Puppy vaccines which were suppose to include Vitals, Dhpp+ lepto, bordatella, & deworming for $93.00, we argued because I did not want the lepto, it's my dam puppy, I only saw them give the dhpp vaccine, I do not believe that they dewormed my pup because as soon as they game him the dhpp vac. they handed him right to me! Nor did they give him the bordetella vaccine and charge me $78! I called the company and she said that she was going to investigate and has never gotten back to me this is b******* I told her I'm not paying for the bordetella separate! I went back one week later and they were supposed to be there until 6:00 here was 5:00 and the store employees told me oh I just missed them, I don't see how I could have just missed them cuz I didn't see nobody walking out and then they clocked out saying that they left there at 6:00 which was b******* like I told the lady I got there at 5:00 and they were not there!

Someone bought their first fishy friend and he loved every moment of walking up and down the aisles looking at all the live animals. The young lady at the front even helped him to name his new friend! Perfect experience for our 2&1/2 year old.

I took my dog to have his glands expressed, unfortunately the ladie who Seat in the front didn’t do it. I noticed he didn’t have any odor after they got express also I didn’t smell any cleaning products . I thought maybe they were no full but next day he was leaking again. I call to ask and they told me is normal. I didn’t believe it because my dog have his glands expressed before.so now I have to take him again .I pay for a service was never done😔 very disappointed I will never take my dog to petco again.

The animals here seem better cared for than your average petco/petsmart. The feeder insects were all alive which was nice because often times at other stores they are not. I got a crested gecko here and the woman who helped me seemed generally pretty knowledgeable about reptile and feeder insect care. The cashiers I interacted with were also all very nice. I would recommend this store to others!
