There are unlimited options for your pet, and if you don't have a pet, they also offer the chance to adopt one. They also sell reptiles and rodents. We haven't tried the veterinary part but I got positive feedback from friends who have used pet hairdresser before. The staff is very helpful and friendly

Assigned Groomers name- Tabby this was the worst experience I could have imagined. This was my first time bringing my fur baby Sadie, who is a golden doodle to Petco and it was also her first time being groomed. prior to getting her groomed, I decided to do my own research of where to go and what to do and what not to do on their first grooming appointment my husband and I just purchased a home and Sadie just turned nine months so you can imagine how hectic our lives were with moving and also how thick her coat was at the time. When my husband arrived to Petco for Sadie's appointment, he was immediately met at the counter with unprofessionalism. Tabby was the assigned groomer this morning at 8:15 AM for Sadie. tabby asked my husband were there any details that we'd like for them to follow or any requests and my husband specifically said that he did not want them to plug her ears because of the mixed reviews that we have read and heard from this particular store causing ear infections. and the last thing we want is a bill for some thing that could have been prevented. Tabby immediately began to question why we did not want her to plug Sadie's ears, and we explained that we we're trying to prevent an ear infection. she immediately got offended and began to provide my husband with her unprofessional opinion, stating thaT us not allowing her to plug Sadie's ears will cause an ear infection, and I immediately told her no I did not want her ears plugged. Then she began to lie and say that Sadie's ears were beginning to turn red and that she currently has a mild ear infection when she is not a professional vet, on top of that, my dog is a white golden doodle with pink flesh in other words, her ears have looked that way since she has been born she does not have an ear infection. The vet verify that. And when I finally told her for the last time, I do not want you to pluck her ears she told my husband that she is going to refuse service and cancel the appointment the appointment and that if he wanted to reschedule again that he would have to reschedule with the manager there.. when I attempted to go back into my profile to reschedule at a different Petco. She had reported my profile so now if I would like to schedule an appointment with Petco, which I will never do again. I will have to call some customer service line or something like that me and my husband we're not rude with this lady we gave her the upmost respect, this was completely uncalled for and we feel as though this was an act of racism. we are not sure if Petco stands behind this sort of activity, but I will never spend another dime and that store and I know that is very small to the corporation that they have in America, but I would much rather spend my coin with a small business that respects me, respects my choices for my family member who is also known as my dog Sadie and gives me way better high-quality service without overcharging me for every single service, which I had no problem paying by the way. if you have got to this point of this review and you have experienced something similar to this or are unhappy with this store service I highly recommend you get in contact with Lilo's grooming service. They are very affordable high quality, small business pet grooming service they fit Sadie in today with no questions asked, and also they plugged her ears without knicking her or giving her ear infection. and the best part about it is that it came without the attitude and unprofessionalism. Groomers scratched my dogs eye and when I picked him up his energy was so low and he looked like they gave him something to sleep His eye was swollen shut and green mucus was coming out of his eye When I called they then want to tell me that they got “product” in his eye and he didn’t want to give more information I’m thinking he got cut with the blade cause his eye looks scratched They said they can help pay the er bill but want me to pay for it out of pocket first and I’m like I don’t have money for that Grooming app turned vet appointment So disappointed and won’t ever go back here again!!!!! Groomer tried to hide what she did she gave me my dog but didn’t let me know anything when I picked him up. So upset with this.
