I purchased a couple of map turtles from here 13 years ago. Yesterday the male turtle drowned and now the female is freaking out... Love my turtles and I really would like to get her another male map turtle. A delightful little pet shop. The far left of the shop has fish, the middle has reptiles and the far right has furry and feathered friends. Such as rabbits, Guinea pigs, hedge hogs, birds etc. Very friendly staff as well.

I just walked out of this store extremely upset after the owner himself created a scene over me returning a 5.99 dollar item that didn’t work! He yelled in front of the full store telling me I didn’t have a pump that went with that bubbler his staff sold both to me. The pump works great the bubbler didn’t. He didn’t have to yell and try and demoralize and embarrass me. I got a bubbler from petco that worked with his pump great. After shopping here for over 15 years I will not be returning! Sir your customer service was 0-10!

Bought my ball python from here. I come in every week for his food and needs. Staff are very friendly and attentive. They will give you space to browse but if you let them know you need something they will make sure you get it. I’ve made friends with the clerks and love coming in every week. It is a small space with plenty of animals but they do their best to manage and most of the time I haven’t smelled any urine. Which is hard for the amount of critters they have. They’re very transparent and offer plenty of help as long as you follow their care instructions which are in line with what I’ve researched. I’ll keep coming here for a long time!
