My fur baby's new favorite place! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They helped me find a new rawhide bone, leopard fleece sweater, and a delicious birthday cake that she gobbled up. Stopped by here for the first time this post weekend 😁 just needed a few cans of our cats food, they had it and it was the same price as the big box pet stores. I’d rather give my money to a local business so we will be returning for sure. They also handed me a free sample of a “fur-thickening” oil to add to my cats food for a healthier coat! You don’t really see chain pet stores giving out free samples like that! The older lady at the counter was also very sweet :)

Ya'll! I just had an incredible experience in Pet Ranch this afternoon. I have been a customer to a big named box store for 6 years (I know, I know) until it was placed on my heart to shop locally for my girl. I went to Pet Ranch today as my first experience there was awesome. The ladies were genuine and helpful and one walked around the store with me explaining ingredients and benefits of a few dog food brands. I was able to find a dog food that will help with my dog's allergies since we moved back to Texas. The owner was extremely friendly. After saying my goodbyes, I go out to my vehicle and can't find my keys. My vehicle is locked. I am convinced I left my keys on the counter inside. After looking around the store with another sales associate, the owner says "Are they in that pocket?" A pocket on my purse that I completely forgot about. My keys were there. LOL. The entire staff was so warm, so helpful. They're just a genuine, kind group of people. They have a lifelong customer in me. My dog loves the food, by the way. Thank you Pet Ranch!

Very helpful ladies! I needed advice on how to get tangles out of my long-hair Peruvian guinea pig, Oni. They told me what products would be best and showed me the proper technique for brushing his hair with the new detangling brush I bought. Thanks! Edit: I forgot to tell you that Meatball the rattie, LOVED the duck foot you suggested!
