Wendy, in the grooming area is awesome! I walked in for the first time with my 1 yr Golden retriever, Watson, to get his nails trimmed. I was nervous because he does not let me do them. I have had 6 Goldens and he is the first one to not let me do them. She was super kind to him, he was a good boy. She definitely has a great comforting connection with pups. She accommodated me immediately. This was our first visit so she took the time to gather my puppies information, and was thorough. Checking out at the register was great as well. The gentleman gave my pup a cookie, and one for me too! He was very nice. Had a great customer service experience and will be back!

I visited this Petco today while visiting CT and the manager, Tom, was extremely kind and pleasant to talk to about our shared love of rats and educate me about ferrets. It’s clear from the health and sweet demeanor of the rodents that he and his staff take great care of them. When I’m ready to buy a ferret, I will be making the trip to this Petco location.

This Petco is great. Tom the manager is doing his best given the staffing shortage not just here but at every retail location. Be kind and have some patience. I've been going here since they opened.

Just got to Petsmart. It’s cleaner, cheaper by A LOT, and employees aren’t just texting instead of checking you out. Floors are clear of fluids / areas that may cause a bad fall. I was told there’s pee all over the store. I slipped on the pee and looked to informed the ONLY employee I seen around the store. I didn’t want anyone else to SLIP and HURT themselves…. On PEE that could make someone get seriously injured. I guess it’s just a job for people. I’m just taken back at the fact it’s OKAY to have urine all over the floor and be OKAY with people slipping and falling because someone doesn’t want to clean it up. I bet the pee is still there. I was only told sorry for the “texting” because they were looking for their coworker… so I had to wait to check out anyways…. Not a big deal just like the fact me slipping isn’t a big deal either. This is my first and last time going there. Im very disappointed and hurt. The store is just NOT up to par. Please do better.

Horrible customer service at this location. The guy put the receipt paper in backwards so the receipt didn’t print properly and I asked him if I could just have it pulled up by the pet pals account; he said yes. Brought the sweaters back with tags and hangers (my dog is long and skinny so they didn't fit him properly). Went back two weeks later to return due to the holidays and the same guy and the manager told me that I needed a receipt. I told the manager that I can pull up the day and time to look at the cameras to show proof that I purchased the sweaters (pal card is under my dads name) and his response was that the cameras aren’t working, he wasn’t there and walked away to check out the line of customers behind me. I do not recommend this Petco.
