Visited this store for the second time ever in search of a specific fish. I was hesitant to go back after an uncomfortable interaction with the odd cashier who made me feel unwelcome. A fun petstore trip turned into a depressing and concerning trip. Almost every fish tank had multiple dead fish in them. These are supposed to be our future pets.. yes they're just fish but it's just gross and in my opinion embarrassing to the entire retail chain. I actually bought more because I felt bad for them and wanted to save as many as I could.

A little pricey but still worth it. Wish I could actually smell the spritz they used on my furbaby. They were pretty quick and kept him safe. Did an good job on his nails. Definitely I highly recommend Car she's great

I like this store is clean and more organized than some other Petcos around. Their prices are not too bad in some areas, but sometimes they are understaffed. The fish department is good and well stocked, but I wish they had lower prices on some of the bigger items.

I'm very upset with the customer service I received yesterday in Aquatics. I went to purchase 15 large feeder fish and the staff member asked me what kind of turtle was I feeding and the environment it lives in. I don't own a turtle, I stated it was a gift for a few young adults. The staff member then proceeded to berate me on her ethics, that I was harming the fish and she (the staff) in good consciousness could not sell me the fish. She was very rude and I asked to speak to the manager. I was then told no, they would only sell me the feeder fish if purchased multiple fish tank set ups for them or provided evidence that I had a working fish tank and had knowledge to care for them. I'm was not too happy and in shock on how was treated. I will not purchase anything from your stores, I will be returning stuff I purchase the other day for the animal shelter today. There some training issues that need to be addressed. So I went down the street to your competitors store, purchased the fish, no issues and the manager offered a 15% discount on a few fishtank sets up. So I took them up on there offer.

I'm very upset with the customer service I received yesterday in the fish department . I went with my son and wife to purchase 2 feeder fish and the staff member asked me why was I buying them.I told her I had a 30 gallon fish tank and my son wanted to start his first fish tank .She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t sell me the fish because I needed a 50 gallon tank for them or she could only sell me them as feeder fish . Them started asking what kind of heater I had on the tank . Very uncomfortable interaction. She proceeded to call store manager that had a terrible attitude. She came over and first thing she said was my employees is right I can’t sell you two feeder fish .At this point my son started crying all because he wanted to buy two feeder fish that where going into his first fish tank I'm not happy and in shock on how was treated with my wife and kid. I will not purchase anything from your stores ever again, I will be returning stuff I purchase the other day for the my dogs as well. There some training issues that need to be addressed specifically on the fish department including the rude store manager .
