Not a place to buy prescription dog food. Need the in-store vet to give you some mysterious card for the store to actually sell you the dog food. The problem is that the vet is never open. Tried twice to walk in to get this card. Was given a phone number to call the vet directly to find out when they might be in the store. No vet people answer the phone either. Waste of time. Spoke to the scheduler who is in a call center for away. They couldn't reach them by phone either. If the vet is never open, why can't the Petco team call the vet to confirm? Seek a company that cares about customers

All good never had any problems but don't let anyone talk you into buying Vital care they say you can cancel at anytime but that's a total lie you can't your locked in for an entire year

Never get the deal that is available. Online prices are strictly online only (didn't know, not obviously disclosed). Rewards need to be downloaded, which is a hassle as the website is not easy to do this. On the upside: Products are good. Staff is helpful.

Should be ashamed of the way they take care of the saltwater fish went in there and seen a blue tang missing fins ready to die basically and wanted to take it and they said they couldn’t discount the fish and it is what it is when asked about the care and if they had a hospital tank. Do better and hire knowledgeable people that know what they are doing. Terrible

I just picked up my dog from getting groomed. And it literally looks like they did absolutely nothing to my dog. It's a Shih Tzu and needed the face worked on. Not only did I have to pay full price, but they didn't do his front paws, which needed to be trimmed as well as his face. He has a shaved area on the side of his body(you can see his skin). Not only did they not do his face its all chopped up uneven. Heres the kicker! HE DIDN'T EVEN GET A BATH. HE STILL SMELLED. They didn't take into consideration that maybe using a small muzzle would help. I think the only thing they did was cut his nails. NEVER AGAIN! And I had to pay nearly $75. For this awful service. The women that groomed him surely didn't try hard enough. His legs aren't cut or around his ears. Under his chin is all chopped up as well.
