If I could do 0 stars I would. Never have I ever been so disgusted and disappointed in my life. Picked up my dogs food and poured it into my container and worms and larvae was all through it and all the food was webbed. Instead of giving me a free bag of any food I want I had to pay twice never giving him dry food again he’s on a freeze dried diet now.

Soooooo Inlive closer to a PetSmart and used to go there until I met a cashier who sadly is now the face of their store to me and I will NEVER return…. So made the drive to a Petco!!! Sooooooo happy how things work out!!! The staff here from the back to the front was AMAZING!!! I’m here from SC for work so wanted a groomer while working here… they did a GREAT AMAZING BEAUTIFUL job and now I have a new pet store!!!! Prices reasonable but more importantly THE SERVICE STELLAR!!!! Thank you guys!!! Lucas still a little mad at me but he’ll cheer up after a munchkin from D&D!!! lol Thank you all for real!!!

Brought my dog in for a grooming. Set up a wash and haircut online. Put size what I wanted everything about him. Gave me a price of 65.00. It asked me if I wanted any extras, I put no. I go pick him up after we went over everything I put when I dropped him off. It's 100 dollars. They did his nails and like 3 other things that were on the extra list. Then she tells me he wouldn't let her trim his face which is what needed to be cut the most. Why didn't she just ask someone to help you. I felt I got stiffed.

Despite booking a 4-hour session, my dog came out with bald spots on his head and tail, indicating that the groomer was clearly inexperienced. My experience with Petco’s grooming services has been mixed in the past, but this was by far the worst. What’s even more frustrating is Petco’s lack of accountability for their work. Instead of standing by their services, they brush off negative reviews by claiming they’ll provide feedback to the store to improve, which feels like a cop-out. As a pet owner, I expect grooming services to prioritize the well-being of my pet and stand by the quality of their work. Unfortunately, Petco failed to meet these expectations. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure better experiences for their customers and beloved pets.

Seen that the leopard geckos where 50% of and seen this horrendous scene. The first leopard geckos leg was moving even though it looked dead/ dying. Please don’t sell half dead geckos and actually try to care for them. Marking them down won’t sell them faster.
