Don't waste your time or money here - terrible customer service and management. Realized we were out of dog food and was going to do an online order for pick-up that night. Once on the Petco website we saw guaranteed delivery to our home by 6 p.m. that evening. We ordered online and went on about our evening - not stopping by the store since it was guaranteed to be delivered. By 7 p.m. there was no delivery and we received a message that it was delayed with no ETA. By 6 a.m. there was still no delivery and our dogs were out of food (we would have stopped the night before if we would have known). When I stopped by the store on my way to work, the "manager" said it wasn't their fault since it was Door Dashes responsibility (even though we ordered through Petco's website). Then I said I'd just pick up the order since I was there - couldn't do that either because of Door Dash and the cabinet was locked. Did not apologize once and the manager just kept smirking and saying it's Door Dashes fault. At that point I realized I should pick up an additional bag in case the delivery still doesn't arrive today and was offered no assistance and was not even pointed in the direction of where to find it. I will not shop at a Petco again (I've been shopping at Petco for over 15 years). Chewy has exceptional service as well as Pet Supplies Plus. Petco needs to consider doing some serious customer service training with their management (the cashier was kind).

Only the second 1 star review I've ever given, and it is due to awful customer service. First employee was stocking shelves and couldn't be bothered to help a customer, the second employee refused to sell us a goldfish telling us we could not have 2 goldfish in a 10 gallon tank. Girl on a power trip refused to sell a 49 cent goldfish and yet the store had approximately 100 goldfish in a 20 gallon tank. Awful attitude from both interactions and a certain arrogant smugness will prevent me from ever going back.

I recently went in to have my dog groomed, while waiting I inquired with several employees for assistance. Not only did I get ignored by them all but they were rude and very unprofessionally dressed for work attire! I will never return to that store!
