Store was clean, staff friendly, cashing out was a little slow but that was due to the customer asking all the questions at check out not prior. Another staff member came over to assist and another opened up the second register. While all this was going on the one customer with all the question was oblivious how long the line became. The staff quickly got everyone moving without rushing the process. Great Job Petco!

I support someone with special needs and we went in with the goal of purchasing a Beta fish. They were very patient and respectful. From the gentleman who showed us where the food was, along with feeding instructions to the cashier. All of their questions were answered. It was a great experience for them. Thank you.

Use to be nice the lady band my chiguagua because she said she is not allowed to muffle him. We have been customers for Petco for over 5 years. She said he still allowed to see the doctors because it's had nothing to do with pet co.

Terrible return policy bought a dog crate that I didn’t end up using lost the receipt. They wouldn’t give me store credit even with proof of the credit card that the purchase was on. They just lost a customer who would’ve spent thousands in the next five years over $100 store credit. Will never return again piss poor customer service.

Whoever answered the phone tonight, very rude. And I'm sorry kind of lazy. I had ordered two things, they don't close until 9pm. But sadly this girl wouldn't put the order together. 2 things in a bag. But since it's 8-8:30. "It's too close to closing time". I'm sorry aren't you getting paid TIL CLOSE. Please just do your jobs you were hired for.
