Got a grooming appointment for my shitzu Zig and he is absolutely gorgeous. He wasn’t ready yet when I got there to pick him up, and I could watch Kailine finishing up his face trim. He adores her, she is so delicate and lovable. He couldn’t stop wagging his tail. By the way, she does a great job. He is so happy and handsome after his grooming. Would lime to recommend her service and dedication. Thank you so much!!!

I called and asked to talk to the Aquarium dept. to see if they had Nerite snails in stock. The aquarist was not in that day but the girl on the phone went back and looked for me. I thought that was very nice and good customer service. Thanks!

I was looking for some kind of carrier that didn't look like a caged but couldn't find it. I almost left but then I saw they had some little Christmas shelter for a pet. I had one that was a Hanukkah dreidel. It's barely big enough for my cat but I'm planning to take him camping and it was reasonably priced like $24. I don't buy cat food in there are you kidding 24.00 for a little tiny sack of cat food. Corsair in the shutdown it was twice that and I had to feed dog food to the ranch cats when that was going on. I got my cat a fancy little glittery feather fish on a stick and a thing and he played on in a little bit he's already bored with it. Luckily only cost like $5. I got him some grass but he has no interest in it. He prefers to beat up my backpack on my suitcase are wardrobe. I've got one of those Cactus scratching post to only played with the thing on the top once and then he hasn't touched it. That item was not cheap. It was like $29. I tried to resell it for half price of the flea market nobody wanted it so I'm stuck with that. So now it's just decor.

The fish guy isn’t the most responsive or helpful. They are understaffed I’m guessing. If it’s slightly busy expect a wait for service and checkout.

They have so many different brands of food, wet and dry. The top quality food (and there's many to choose from) is a little expensive but they also carry many of the standard cheaper brands of pet food. They have so many different types of treats for dogs & cats, that it takes up 2 aisles to display them. They also have medications, creams, ointments and supplements that you might need. If your pet needs grooming, they have an on-site groomer. Plenty of free parking right out the front door and it's well lit in the evening hours. They are open from 9am to 9pm Monday thru Saturday and 9am to 7pm on Sundays. Occasionally there will be pet adoptions out front in the grassy area but they also offer cat/kitten 😺 adoptions on the inside. I've shopped at this Petco for 11 years, as it's closest to my home. I've had excellent 5 Star 🌟 staff help me but I've also had 2 star service attempt to help me. Everyone has a bad day now & then, so I just let it slide and don't complain. But 99% of the time I come out of this Petco with a smile on my face 😊 and Cammie 🐶 has a treat in her mouth. Your dogs and cats are welcome to shop with you inside the store & the friendly staff always offer free treats to your beloved pet.
