Kobe and I have gone through several groomers in hopes of finding one we both like. Petco failed us once but quickly resolved the issue which we were happy with. Now to current TishG is the one and only that has my boy Kobe down to a science. We love Tish and had to give her some flowers. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Maria is so awesome! She has been helping me find all the necessary needs for my new puppy! I have even enrolled Daisy, my puppy into the new puppy classes. Everything is going great!

We went to buy fish for the tank 4-12-25 at 7:20pm. Store was not busy and were there well before closing. When I asked the clerk at the front for help, I was told the manager would have to come. We waited for 10 minutes and then was told the manager had to run a report first. We waited another 15 minutes without the manager coming and left. Poor customer service on the manager’s part.

Kacey is the worst. I had scheduled grooming for my very lively 11 year old dog. I noted all his his medical history, that he was long haired, 75lbs, and his age. She came up with every excuse not to groom him when we showed up for our SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. She turned us away because she "didn't feel comfortable" despite my dog being extremely healthy and friendly to both people and other animals. He has a very calm demeanor. We wasted our time and gas and could have went elsewhere had they CALLED and told us this would be an issue. What it came down to was that they overbooked and she was just too lazy to do it. I've reported her to corporate as well. Don't bother coming here especially on a weekend. Would give 0 stars if I could.

They always do a great job grooming my Dog Ollie. Great fish selection. Lots of friendly staff, always willing to help.
