Isabel helped us pick out new toys and training material for our cats. Everyone was very helpful. The day we went, they had all the foster cats available for adoption. We almost adopted but not to as we already have 2 cats. The ladies were all very knowledgeable and provided care tips and information on the adoption process.

On a recent visit to the store on a Saturday at approximately 7 PM, I observed that it was not particularly busy. During my time there, I had a pleasant conversation with the dog trainer, who was very courteous. Afterward, I selected a plush toy and approached the register to inquire whether the store had the same plush toy available in pink in stock. Unfortunately, the response from the employee at the register was abrupt, as she simply replied, “No.” In an unintended oversight, I placed the plush toy in the $5 basket. The employee then instructed me, “No, you can hand it back to me so I can put it back where it goes!” This interaction conveyed a sense of annoyance, and I felt as though I was being reprimanded for my mistake. I intended to locate a limited edition holiday Paw-fume pink plush toy for my chihuahua, and I had not anticipated an unfavorable experience. When I asked the employee for her name, she did not respond. Upon my inquiry about her name tag, she indicated that it was located on her jacket, which she had removed. I suggested that wearing the name tag would enhance customer identification and facilitate better communication. Upon further inspection, I found Isabel's name on my receipt purchase. I enjoy Petco as a company but I am no longer visiting 4431 FM 1960 Petco

Guys come on I just left that store to get some supplies to restart my fish tank and I decided to look at the fish there's a glofish tank with at least nine dead fish on the bottom with fuzz on them adjacent to it two tanks away there's a tank with black gravel and black fuzz all over the bottom of it your tanks are filthy you have dead fish floating around in most of them it's disheartening and cruelty to the fish very disappointed please get it together there were two Associates working and they were very friendly and fast at the checkout but those fish tanks I'm not buying any fish from there and there was a couple standing there and I pointed it out to them as well that it's not a healthy place to buy your fish UPDATE 03/21/25: I went back to return unused bag of substrate and saw that someone was indeed working to rectify the issue. Thank you "owner" I will be visiting again it truly was disheartening to see yesterday.

Daisy did an amazing job! Monday Jan 27 at 7:00pm I came in to purchase my pups toys and snacks , She had a rude customer and she handled it with so much patience. Great customer service and Amazing job representing Petco! 🙂
