I absolutely love this store, Blue my dog has been a client of the grooming department for such a long time & everyone is so talented & friendly, Britney is Blue’s favorite. I love how you can go directly to his Vet! Vetco!!! Blue loves everyone. And the team @ Vetco is amazing and their knowledge of medicine & being so professional. I love their honesty & most of all their bedside manner. I recommend them highly!!!

I will NEVER go to this location again. The nurse, who is a healthy Caucasian woman whose name I didn't quite get is very rude and unprofessional. This was my second time there. I was there for a follow up. She had no clue what I was there. She comes in to the exam room. Does not say hello or sorry for waiting, because at this point I had been there for 56 minutes for a scheduled appointment. At any rate she comes in and just says so what are we here for. I look and said I was asked to come back in two weeks. She goes well I wasn't your nurse. I said but you should know why I am here. Lol. She starts asking about his eyes and his sore but not once does she ever physically look at my dog. I literally said to her why don't you just look at him and see how he is doing and tell me if the medication is working. She just stands up against the wall with her negative energy. I then asked could I be seen by someone else. She then storms out and SLAMS the exam room door. At that point I lost it. The manager was very sweet. On my first visit the young lady that helped me as well as the veterinarian were both nice. However, due to my horrible experience today I will not be returning to this location and possibly no other Petco. If this is how you allow your customers to be treated this is not the place for me.

Tanks are always clean. Variety of healthy fish. Best of all locations for aquatics.

I enjoyed my trip to this store. The people are curious and helpful. But, I don't understand how they can stay in business when their prices are so high. They seem to make a lot off of the few instead of a few off of a lot. To rich for my blood. I would have liked to have purchased one of the dog feeders that stores the dry kibble under the dishes. But, the price was over 70 dollars.

The lady in the fish Department is overly zealous. I understand they only want fish to go to a good home. This is not the first time I have encountered her giving me the third degree. She clearly doesn't want to sell you a fish. Non-stop questions I'm 70 years old I know how to take care of a goldfish how big is your tank did you test the water did you cycle the water how long has it been cycling I can't return your fish if they die the questions never stopped I left I can't even buy a fish in Petco. When did you last test the water? Did you test the water before you put the drops in or after. It was nerve-racking it made it very unpleasant experience This is not the first time I've had difficulty trying to buy fish in the fish department. They act like they're the only ones that care about animals and they're the only ones that know anything at all about how to care for a fish or any other animal they're not they're really not I find it abusive the questions I find it irritating and rude how in the Holy heck do you sell anything to anybody when you deny a person a goldfish for God's sake! DONT TRY TO BUY FISH AT THIS LOCATION !
