Petco has brilliant ways of making one feel pleasantly welcomed. The store crew displayed a production filled with artistically played moves to ensure best customer service input and output. The aisles have everything you could imagine products for animals. For the first time, I recognized their brand in cat litter and a staff member gave me history on it. With a working display of the Sophrash cat litter being processed in a large metal rotating piece of equipment. With various types of cat litter, Acethecat chose Sophrash Advanced Odor Control that effectively and blends well to eliminate Acethecats' clouds and residual lingering in the air. On a side of caution, I still don my facemask when interacting with cat litter. Come on down to checkout your local Petco store. Your adopted pet will thank you and so does Acethecat.

This rating only relates to our experience with having our Aussie's nails trimmed. He has never screamed during a pedicure. And when we got home, we found that one of his nails on a rear foot was split up the middle (it wasn't split before we arrived).

The worst customer service EVER!!! Place an order online so you don't have to wait in line, and they make you wait in line anyways. Why bother ordering online. I will NEVER order from this location ever again. The checker today should be fired. She should have called someone to help with an online order. Shouldn't have told me to go wait in line after the next 3 people. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Get new employees. And if you can't do the job you're paid for, go work somewhere else!!!

This Petco is on my way home from work. They always have my cat's second favorite treats in stock and their wait times are short. One criticism, they do not carry the brand, "Bonkers" treats which are my cats' favorite brand. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Came in to get my normal fish supplies and have been eye balling this red eye tree frog for a few weeks now. The first picture was from 2/26, the second picture is from 3/13. This frog is slowly dying and I know it because it does not have the proper care. Red eyes require very specific temps and humidity, and this frog is definitely not getting it. Enclosure is damp at best and these guys require high high humidity, which is typically provided with a fogger (which is not being used). Being that I own and breed SO many different frogs, I was worried for this little one and was hoping to take her home so I can rehabilitate her. I brought a worker over and figured why not ask if they could maybe discount her or adopt her out since she is not in good health and may not even live much longer. She brought over a manger who then pulled her off the wall and placed her in the water bowl. She instantly opened her eyes. To which she said “oh no he’s totally fine! When they sleep on the walls that flatted out and darken up to help them blend in, this guy is totally healthy”. And then told me that they can’t discount her at all and I would have to pay full price. So sad… this poor thing is going to die due to the lack of knowledge and even when I was trying to help out they told me I was wrong and shrugged it off. I tried I guess.
