I usually do not write reviews but for this particular experience it’s a must. I scheduled my dog to be groomed specifically by Lynn since in the past she has done a good job. She was booked out for two weeks, so I waited two weeks to have my dog cut specifically by her. When I dropped off my dog I SEEN LYNN, when I picked up my dog I seen her too. I asked for my dog to have a short haircut, but at home noticed he had nicks, and a few patches that weren’t cut. He was licking excessively. Just irritated and bothered. Patches I was able to look past but figured I wait a two days or so hoping the irritation would go away. It did not so I called and asked if there was anything I can do to soothe my dog. Some guy proceeds to tell me that my dog might have an allergy and to give him fish oil (he does not, I spent 500 on a allergy panel I know exactly what my dog is allergic to) and he was never licking excessively prior to the haircut, then he tells me Kimberly gave him the haircut not Lynn like I requested because Lynn had family issues, and the other excuse was that there was too many dogs so “sometimes” they pass off the dogs. After that point I asked to speak to the manager because if my dog couldn't get the groomer I requested then I would’ve HAPPPPILY came and picked him up. Manager was very understanding, and is willing to give refund which I appreciate. I really don’t leave reviews, sometimes can look past things, but I don’t play when it comes up to my dog. I also think if you wait to choose a specific groomer that should be respected. Kimberly gave my dog a horrible haircut, I don’t even know who she is, so I didnt even know who was handling my dog, and Lynn can’t be trusted because clearly she’ll past your dog off even if you book with her, and I stand on everything I just said. Never everrrrrrr again!!!

Feb 18, 2025 · Sabrina CosmeIf you buy something and it's defective don't exchange it, get your money back and purchase it again.. because if you exchange something it becomes ineligible for a refund.. i got 2 bad heat/uvb-uva bulbs in 24 hrs and decided i didn't want to go with that brand after nr2 and i was told i could not get a refund since the first one was exchanged.. they offered a store credit but they could not do a refund.. (i ended up with a 3rd bulb that lasted a little over a week and it's now also defective- the first one didn't put off any UVA, the second one flickered really bad and now the 3rd one started flickering after a week) also, zoo med lights are junk
Dec 02, 2024 · Thomas djCapital TI've been going for quite some time to have my cocker spaniel groomed. Normally, I have Ashleigh groom him because she does an amazing job. But this last time, I no longer see her name in the groomer to be chosen. I'm assuming she left. So I picked whoever was available. While they shaved him poorly, to say the least, they didn't even bathe him. I had to finish shaving his legs and bathe him when I got home. Never mind the fact they called me at 130, didn't even leave a message that he was done. I called at 330 to see if he was done. So my old man was sitting in a cage for far longer than need be. When I picked him up, you don't get to see them before paying, so I tipped 20 and went to get him. They brought him out his butt was soaking wet. So I'm guessing he had an accident, and they just sprayed his butt off. I tried calling when I got home they didn't answer 3 times. Called the 1800 number, and they said they would escalate the situation and I would get a phone call within the next 24 to 48 hours. Much like the store, no one ever called me back. I wish I knew where Ashleigh went because I would follow her. You can see in the picture that my seat was covered in dander further, proving he was not bathed.

I waited like 20 min to see them for this young girl I thinks name was Jordan tells me that he clawed her up last time and never stated that when I picked him up said she would not see him and turned me away . Shame on you this is poor service you should tell people when they pick up there animal if there was an issue

They gave me a small and a large collar. I brought the large one back to exchange for a small and they said they needed both collars to be able to exchange them because they weren’t rang up properly. Overall a task that should have taken 5 minutes ended up being over an hour of running back and forth because of their mistake that they could easily have fixed especially because both collars are the same price. Poor customer service but I’ll give it a 2 because there were some cool dogs in there.
