Asked an employee for help they asked if I had a picture cause they had no idea what I was talking about. Then after I show the photo goes "oh, I've never seen any of these before." Then processed to bring me to the smallest end cap aisle they have for turtles. Barely anything on it, but yet they sell turtles. Like how do are you selling an animal but yet don't have the bare basics to take care of the animal. Sure, they have a million starter kits but I already own a tank and a basking light so why should I have to buy a whole kit for the contents in it. You wouldn't sell a cat without cat food so why are the turtles so overlooked. I am extremely disappointed and honestly quite disturbed. 😠
