I brought my dog in 10 days ago. Paid 620.00 for an exam, x ray and labs. This was a Sat apt. Dr. Said by Monday the results would be in and we would be notified. Never heard anything all week. I called on Friday and was told they forgot to call us. Then assured i would hear back from them. Well still have heard nothing! My dog could have been in medication for over a week if staff would have gotten back with us. I requested my money back for labs and x ray. Awaiting a phone call back. May be better to call credit card company to refund the charges.

The customer service here is top notch. The cashier was SUPER helpful when it came to getting treats for my new dog who's apparently a rather picky eater. They also offered their business card for training! It was awesome.

I had only come to Petco for my dear little dog’s rabies vaccination. The receptionist was extremely not bothered & very , to me rude. The nurse or vet whoever came to check my dog was only interested in selling all the vaccines for my little dog’s & painted a gruesome picture of my dog’s decapitated head of if I refused to get all the vaccines, now that picture till thus day stays with me. It’s been more than a week now after the rabie’s shot & my dog has diarrhea since, of course I took him yesterday to a different vet & he gave simple anti-diarrhea medication so dog is a bit better today. I am m very unhappy with everyone’s “not interested “ in customer service attitude, will not ever go there again. They have to realize that our pets are our children, & we will keep them as safe as we can forever.

I want to take a moment to highlight an exceptional employee. Ms. Gaby, who provides outstanding dog training. If you’re looking for effective and positive training, I highly recommend booking sessions with her. She is well-educated, passionate, patient, and kind — you and your pup will not be disappointed! My golden doodle, Oliver, graduated from the fundamentals class last week, and I’m thrilled with the results. He continues to display everything he learned in class and is now a very distinguished gentleman! Thank you, Ms. Gaby, for making such a positive impact on Oliver’s behavior and our lives!
