The worker who checked me out was very pleasant. This location is well organized and clean with an unmatched selection. I was able to find many options for my pups with extreme diet conditions without going through a vet. Purina Pro Plan is available here too! Prices are higher at Petco than elsewhere however.

Brocks first outing. He cleaned up and got some new toys and treats and other stuff. I love this location. Very clean and the staff is extremely helpful here. He will definitely be coming back, and also, the trainer was really cool, and Brock wants to come back and learn from him soon. 🥰☺️

I work hard to give my business to Petco in Norman. I noticed if I ordered Hill Science from Amazon it was often delivered from Petco Norman (you can tell by the Vital Care info tag taped to the bag and it doesn't ship in a box, and same store we take out dogs to for Vet Services). So I change to order direct from Petco in Norman. First order I go and pickup, using subscribe and save. Second order the statement pops up "Delivery in 3-5 days from now." Since we have bad weather forecasted and my wife is a few blocks from the store, I figure I will just have her pick it up. NO they will not allow the order to be picked up. Call the store, NO, you can not pick up a subscribe and save order. (I guess they prefer to increase risk exposure and have someone drive out in the bad weather, tornado season has started in Oklahoma) Who ever i was speaking to at the store after a brief conversation decided to hang up on me at 9:11 AM Saturday March 29, 2025. I called back immediately and they would not answer the phone. Today as I am typing, Petco says "delivery in 3-5 days" while Amazon says "delivery today between 2 PM and 6PM" exact same item exact same price. Wonder where that Amazon order is coming from? Concerning as a Customer and Stock Holder. To the person I spoke with she could care less about customer service or if I ever purchased another item from Petco. As a stock holder there is work to be done, you can not compete with Amazon unless you are flexible and feel the customer is first not last. Next a letter to the CEO. This rating is not a reflection on Vet Services, I would give them a Five Star rating. 4/1/25 Adding insult to injury, after canceling my repeat delivery they ship it any way. It's like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and the brain is not involved.

I had a litter of puppies on March 16th. I have been calling around to find out how much it would be to get there shots. I had 6 small Chiwinnie puppies. They told me it would be $120.20 PER PUPPY. In shock I hung up and called right back to verify that I heard it correctly. Yes I heard it correctly. If this is what is cost for 6 1-2 pound puppies. I could imagine what they charge for other things. Just so that you know that is $721.20!!!!!!! Sorry yall this is horrible and greedy while other places charge more than half this price. I would NOT recommend this place, go somewhere else!!!

Place seems to be hit or miss, I was able to find items that I needed that couldn’t be found at Petsmart. The only downfall are the high prices. Some of these items are ridiculously high. Oh and the customer service is so-so. The ladies up front had to request assistance over the intercom 2x to get another cashier to help.
