Hollywood Feed

First choice for all my pet food needs. The best part about Hollywood Feed is same day delivery. I placed an order in the morning to capture some very good deals on Zignature. By 2pm, it was delivered on my doorstep nice, neat, and very well packaged. I even had a thank you note on my order. Overall, they carry all your needs and wants for your pets. They offer top of the line pet food brands, grooming, bedding, chew toys, and refrigerated items. The staff is always super helpful and very nice.

The employees are amazing every time I bring in my senior girl. They are so helpful and really friendly. A wide variety of products is amazing and it's easy to find an all natural option.

Hollywood Feed is my favorite pet store! My chihuahua loves it here, and they always have plenty of x-small toys and a great selection of dog foods. I especially appreciate their human-grade options and other hard-to-find items I can’t get anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I love this Hollywood Feed location. People that work there are always friendly. If we go in with any of our fur babies they are so quick to coo over them. Just a very friendly atmosphere. And selection is great. I always find what I’m looking for and if I can’t right away they are work to offer assistance.

Here's the three main things you can expect at Hollywood Feed: 1. Great selection of quality products. 2. High prices, in line with the premium brands. 3. Pushy, intrusive, salesy staff. I understand it's probably your business model to not just greet customers, but also force interaction right away by asking us questions before we've barely even stepped in the door, remind us of any and all sales/promotions/specials you have, check in with us every few minutes/every aisle, then ask a whole host of questions at checkout, including pushing your club membership, pushing about what food we currently feed our dog (so you can try to find some sales angle to convince us to buy our dog's food at Hollywood Feed®), etc. But some of us--even those of us who like quality brands and will pay the elevated prices of those quality brands--just want to be left alone and shop after being welcomed. Not pushed, second guessed, and interrogated. Like just chill out and treat people like people, not walking upsale potentials or belief converts. What do you think a lot of those people who shop on Chewy, or at big box stores, or through services like Door Dash, are trying to avoid? So, my overall ratings: Selection/store aesthetic: 9/10 Customer service: 5/10.
