First time grooming. They listened, gave my pup exactly what I asked for with no scented products. And he was done and ready for pickup in less than 2 hours, minimizing stress for him. Highly recommended!

I have some canned food but my dog no longer eats it. I can't return it even though it doesn't expire until 2026. I have been using their delivery service for about 4 years. I buy dry food and canned because we were mixing it. I had to wait to be sure he wasn't going to stop eating the dry before deciding it was safe to no longer keep it. I will probably change to petsmart delivery for my dry food now.

I have brought my dog, Kane, to Petco for washes multiple times without any issues, but yesterday’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I dropped him off for a wash, teeth brushing, and nail clipping, only to be told at pickup that they were unable to clip his nails, brush his teeth, and—worst of all—didn’t even dry him! I was handed back my soaking wet pup, and I’m extremely disappointed. This level of service is completely unprofessional, and I will be taking my business elsewhere for his future grooming.

I recently went in and purchased a beautiful koi betta fish. After getting home I realized he was blind in one eye! No I am not interested in returning him. But I did attempt to call them 3 different times to see what they would do or say, but I give up! Petco should take time to care and screen the animals they have for sale. Poor fishy!

Took our 4 month old Yorkiepoo there to have her groomed for the first time. They did an excellent job and took extra time with her since it was her first time. She was not scared at all. The staff was very friendly and professional.
