Pet Supermarket

As an avid exotic animal keeper I am disgusted and appalled by the level of negligence and abuse these people put their animals through. I had to beg staff to let me take one of their animals home so I could care for it. This poor animal was so mistreated it: -Couldn’t open its eyes -Had its ears shut -Nose clogged -Was severely underweight -Infested with thousands of mites -Had layers of disgusting shed and feces stuck all over it Shortly after rescuing this poor creature it began suffering from seizures and ultimately passed away. I am infuriated at their gross negligence and incompetence and will be filing a complaint with their corporate office. When asked all management could say is “we don’t have a reptile expert” “we knew it was blinded but we don’t know how to help it” “we haven’t gotten around to cleaning their tanks in a few weeks” “Our management dosent want to talk about it” This is NOT the first time i’ve seen animals mistreated here. Animals in filthy substrate. Tanks full of dead fish. Animals with no water. Improper husbandry. Urine and Feces all over the glass. Disgusting

They were so friendly and kind I just wished our precious baby didnt smell like stinky cage when we got her but she's spoilt and fabulous now with our other 2 girls

I loved this place. Just got a new dog and needed some essentials and loved this new store. The staff were so well informed of both the new health and safety guidelines and their products. The gal with short dark hair was excellent at helping me select a collar and in suggesting their food brand: with samples to see how my pup likes the food before committing to a big sack! Honestly it is a total bummer how the $10 dog wash is closed at the moment, but with the friendly staff and great product selection, I almost don't miss the old days ;)

The girl who helped me today was so sweet! Being Black Friday I expected to have a stressful day shopping but that was not my experience at all. Thanks for the great customer service

Do not get the “free bag”of stuff offered at checkout. They scan it for inventory purposes but you end up being charged for the items. I asked why my total was higher and he explained that I was discounted off the purchases a to offset the free bag. So I was mislead and the guy ultimately made me buy stuff I did not want. I did not have time to argue since I had my family in the car waiting. Too bad. First and last time I shop at Pet Supermarket.
