These 2 blokes, Michael and Anthony, made our day--heck, our month--completely. Dawne and I were lucky to have a lengthy and informative conversation with them about what they do for these birds, as well as countless other things. This place, especially these guys, are among the friendliest and most welcoming we have encountered in 14,000 miles on the road. And you can play with birds!! This place is a must-visit. THANK YOU, Anthony & Michael!

This is a significant departure from typical pet store setups where animals are often behind glass or in cages for viewing only. The atmosphere is consistently described as "friendly and welcoming," suggesting a comfortable and positive space for both the birds and the visitors. Being part of "The Island" complex implies a clean, well-maintained commercial setting, likely designed to handle a steady flow of visitors while ensuring the welfare of the avian residents. While no specific advertisements or discount schemes are detailed in the provided information, the unique interactive experience itself acts as a strong promotional tool. In a tourist-heavy area like Pigeon Forge, attractions like this often rely on their unique appeal and positive visitor experiences to draw crowds. They might also utilize local tourism guides, social media, or partnerships within "The Island" complex to promote their offerings. For specific details on any adoption programs, pricing for bird purchases (if applicable), or availability of specialized bird products, direct inquiry at the location would be the most effective method, as specific contact numbers were not provided in the input. Dec 18, 2024 · Nicholas KrihoWe went last night, December 16th, and took our 96 year young Aunt with us. Anthony and Luke were so nice and patient with her. It was a wonderful experience. We are local so we will definitely be going back.

Dec 29, 2024 · Niki KempfThis is a really neat experience. My girlfriend is afraid of birds, but this helped give some exposure therapy. Also, Michael. Great guy! Best thing since sliced bread!
Mar 09, 2025 · Timothy SchrichteA pretty nice little stop if you like bird and souvenirs or novelty items with birds. They have baby exotic birds for sale that you can interact with. They offer a photo shoot as well for individuals or families, which allows you to hold several birds and purchase packages with the photes at a very fast turnaround. Nothing compares to the main Parrot Mountain, but this a nice stop.
