Love it here. The owner is awesome. He's very skilled in his profession, and he cares about all animals. Jacob is very knowledgeable about micro bullies and Frenchies. I trust him 100% without a shadow of a doubt with my dog. He's never let me down. A BIG to Thank You, Jacob and his wife ❤️

On July 23,2024 I went in with my girlfriend looking to buy a green cheek conure and I found they had two of them (couple) and we bought them and took them home we gave them a big open room for themselves and they were doing perfectly fine they were play in there swing and dancing but then two days later on July 25, 2024 around 9 the birds didn’t seem okay they didn’t want to move as much and then the girl just pasted away and shortly after the male pasted away so then I gave a call to the pet shop the filling morning since it was already to late and once he answer I let him know and he was every rude about it, he said it wasn’t his fault because the birds were perfectly okay when they left and that why didn’t I call him when the birds were not okay (even tho it was after store hours)

The owners are always there for us they go above and beyond the call of duty Iam confident in there services as All my pets have done excellent under there recommendations being in business for over 13 years we need people who care like them around definitely will be returning for all my pets needs skin,ears,food allergy’s have been resolved Here

Don’t waste your time. Their hours are not correct. They open whenever, which usually isn’t until late afternoon. I was going to bring in my frenchie, waited for HOURS and when they finally showed up, it was a mess. He was super rude, and I would not recommend. No respect for anyone’s time.
