Nature's Pet Cuisine

For the entirety of his 10 years, my dog has been exclusively fed Nature's Pet Cuisine kibble. Tragically, he was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer this year. While it's possible that this is merely coincidental, I can't help but wonder if the food played a role—though we may never know for certain. Despite being a loyal customer for over a decade, my experience with their customer service was disheartening. When my last order was mishandled and never delivered, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response, as if my long-standing patronage meant nothing. How can a company fail to recognize and value a customer who has been purchasing from them for 10 years? I can no longer support this company and strongly advise others to seek out better service elsewhere.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be trapped by crazy political weirdos. I went in for the first time today, just to get some sleep aid, and the first thing the cross-eyed lady who was working at the counter said was that she things immigrants are evil and terrible and that all illegal immigrants should be forced to leave. How unprofessional, uncomfortable, and downright shameful to start spewing your politics onto people you don't know, especially at a place of business! Leave your beliefs at the door and let people shop in peace without having to worry about your unprompted views on the border. DO NOT COME HERE if you don't want to be looped into a 20-minute psychotic rambling about migrants.

I met one of staffs during the Brea Pet Expo 2018. He was really nice for giving his time to explain each treat for me. My boy is in love with the smoked buffalo lungs. He is addicted into it too much 😫 Once he finishes his treat, I’m going to take him to this shop. So, he can explore and choose whatever he wants to eat 😋🐾💕

Went from long time customer to I will never shop here again. They refused to refund you even when they don’t send you the item then when their food make sure animal sick, they refuse to refund you even though they have 100% money back guarantee. The lies that come out of the owners, Ed and Sabrina‘s mouth is astonishing. I would not be surprised if at one point they got in a court issue because of the illegal things that they have done and continue to do to the people who make their business go round. I also would not be surprised if they’re putting different ingredients in their food then what is claimed. I can’t believe I ever had a good relationship with these people is very sad evil and disgusting the way that they are.

We placed an order for cat food in January. Shortly thereafter, we were told the product was out of stock but they would be receiving more. It never came back in to stock and we have tried for two months to get our money back. We have spoken to countless employees as well as to the owner, Sabrina, many times. They have given us so many excuses including the check is in the mail. Unless you can afford to just give this business your money without getting any product this is not the business for you if you live outside California. Shame on them.
