I hate to do this but we went in today on time for our appointment and two groomers walked up, ran their hands through my dog without greeting me and told me it would be about 2 hours and cost 65. This is what we have paid every time, as we are local and try to support local. After no communication at when 3 hours had passed by we showed up to be told it would take 25 more minutes. 40 minutes passed by and I was told not to look at my dog in the window as not to distract her and the groomer. It was clear they had put off getting to my dog, which is fine, but I would have liked a heads up. When they were nearing the end I waited in the car for my husband to pay. The owner told my husband it would be 70. My husband said asked why it was not 65, the owner said well that’s just the over the phone quote not the hands on quote and he let her know, no, this was the quote given after the groomers had physically felt her up looked her over earlier. She then told him that she had actually spoken to me and had told me it would be 70. This conversation never took place between her and I. At this point he said okay as he just wanted our dog back, on the way out she let him know that really maybe she should have charged him 75. They also didn’t give her a bow and of course no thank you for our business. I guess after several years we will not be returning. Edit: I am not the only family member that brings my dog in so yes she has been in more than once a year, and of course if it may cost more it should be known at time that it a quote. Also I am not criticizing the groomers they always do great, but the woman at the counter who lied and told my husband she spoke to me on the phone about the price. My dog is 14 she isn’t going to let anyone but a professional touch her at this time. I was called to make sure my dog was in at 2 your store closes at 6 and she was done at 5:40 some communication would be appreciated. I never banged on anything . I take her in for my elderly parents who can’t get around to watching her anymore but still want her. Nice response. You should tell your front desk staff not say she should have up-charged us when we had already paid.

My dogs absolutely love this place. They even get excited if I say, “Groomers” or any of the staff members names. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I don’t need to go to different stores to get what my dogs need because I can get everything for them here so it’s very convenient for busy people.

I’ve been going here for years. My girl Bailey uses daycare here weekly, and still scratches at door trying to get in, she absolutely loves it! I get all of Bailey’s food and treats here and Angela’s knowledge and advice on any concerns is beyond measurable. I recently boarded Bailey here, and if you are reading reviews you understand, the peace of mind knowing your loved one is well taken care of is the only way you can travel. The videos of them while away is an extra bonus💕. Angela and the staff here are the very best!!

Carries Fromm dog food, manager is open to carring a few bags of specialty food with a heads up. Good place for Nail trims for dogs.

Wonderful place! Local with a variety of foods and supplements. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped find the perfect food for my 5 week Bull Terrier puppy, plus a great probiotic that has helped his health improve. I will be visiting more often.
