We love our experience at Mutts + Meows! Our dog does not require much grooming but he really isn’t a fan of baths. Our groomer, Rosa is patient with him & does a great job. The entire staff is always happy to see our pup, answers texts for updates & communicates well for scheduling. I appreciate their commitment to high quality products in their retail space too! It feels good to choose anything off the shelves & knowing it’s good for our pup.

Mutts and Meows have by far the best groomers in the Mt Juliet, Hermitage and Lebanon area. We moved recently to the Mt Juliet area, and we’ve tried multiple groomers before coming to Mutts and Meows. The other groomers did a really poor job despite us showing them the groomer notes and pictures. We have groomer notes from our groomer from Florida and before yesterday, no one here had been able to give our dog a Teddy Bear cut. However, Lorelei made sure to take the notes that we had, and did an amazing job with our dog.

This place is the best self dog wash option I have ever found! The girls who work here are always so loving to my pup and helpful to me. They offer so much more for your money and the bath area is kept much cleaner than any other place I’ve seen. My sweet pup always leaves feeling happy because the attention and cookies she gets from the staff helps her, a little extra, with her bath anxiety. Love this place and highly recommend!

We love Mutts and Meows! We have been bringing our Great Pyrenees here for years. From nail trims, to yearly grooming, to coming to their dog self service station for the de-shed bath, we are always met with the best service by a staff that truly cares for pets and pet parents. The store is clean and always well stocked! Plus, Our dog bree, loves the Bree’s that work there as well!

I have been hearing about how some pet food that you buy in the store can contribute to pancreatitis in dogs, so I went to Mutts and Meows to get some advice on healthier dog food. They gave me a free sample box of several different types of dog food to try, and any product I end up buying they will take back if my dog doesn’t like it. I take my dog there for grooming already, so I really appreciate it their help with the food. Anytime you can help your animal live longer and save some vet bills, the price you pay to get better food is so worth it.
