Pet Supermarket

Usually just go in and pick up what I need without issue, but I did my first online order and pick up at the store to get a discount. After a full day after the confirmation email, i hadn’t heard anything. Called the store only to be told to call customer service. Had to chat with a bot on their website to learn the order was cancelled. No notification and the charge is still on my account. This location is convenient, but might be time to get what i need on auto-order from somewhere else.

Emily L. has always been great every time I go! She remembers me and asks how my puppy is doing every time. She is extremely knowledgeable and always provides feedback on the products they sell. Highly recommended you go talk to her!

Bailey helped me find a new food for my cat who is having some digestive issues, but refuses anything, but salmon food. She helped me find an affordable, limited ingredient, salmon flavored food and he loved it. It was the first time he was able to enjoy a meal and not get sick in weeks. She was so helpful and did everything she could to help me find the best product for my cat. Definitely my new favorite pet store!

Tried to get cat food before they closed, got there with 15 minutes to spare knowing exactly where i was going, but the people inside had already turned the lights off and locked the door. They closed that early and looked at me like there was something wrong with me for trying to get in during their "open hours"

I have been a fan of Pet Supermarket for a while. I adopted my wonderful cat Ernie from you in your store and have purchased tons of aquarium plants and fish. I just had a really negative interaction there with one of your employees who was incredibly rude. I told one of the employees named Bailey: "I don't know if anyone noticed or has been told but there's a really bad case of ick in some of your aquariums." She responded with a very aggressive and terse. "Yeah, I know." Noticing by her tone I could tell she was offended or angered by what I said and I wanted to diffuse her anger and communicate that I wasn't trying to be a jerk and definitely wasn't trying to offend her and was just trying to be helpful. So I said: "It's crazy how fast ick can spread. I know I've had to deal with it a few times myself". She responded. "I can actually tell we have an ick problem because I have eyes." I don't know why she thought it was acceptable to be so rude and sarcastic to a complete stranger who did nothing but try to be helpful.
