I would honestly not even give this particular store in Lebanon a star whatsoever, however, I had to in order to leave a review. 🫤. They really need to terminate a certain employee for straight up harassment! Her name is Veronica. She is EXTREMELY RUDE! She talks down to people and belittles them. The managers seem to back up her rudeness fully even after they say that they will say something to her. I've worked on customer service for numerous places, and I have NEVER experienced someone like Veronica, and I definitely would not ever speak to customers in that fashion. No matter the situation. (And I have dealt with very disgruntled customers in the past). How is she and her managers getting away with such behavior? This wasn't just one experience either. I understand that people have "off" days. But this is so very unprofessional and ridiculously absurd to have someone like her working with customers. Not only there, but anywhere. I will Never attend this Petco again, nor will most of my family.

I'm giving 4 stars because the staff was incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the register who gave me information about my new baby gecko. I just couldn't give 5 stars because it seemed like the store was out of a *lot* of things. Granted, I may have come in on a delivery day or something, but most of what I was initially looking for was out of stock, especially cheaper options for the more expensive items I needed. Other than that, the store was clean, the staff was friendly, and (had there been stock lol) everything was fairly easy to find in their own little sections.

Went in for crickets asked for 30 large ended up with over 100 with only paying for 30 seems like the company is loosing money with the strawberry blonde girl. Also none of the staff had name tags and all of them seemed grumpy and unhappy with their jobs or lives;very unapproachable not the same happy environment I had previously been used to. Honestly seems like things have gone downhill with employees.

Awful service. Manager of store is more concerned about teaching her dog obedience classes than helping customers. Store hours online do not match the store’s actual hours. Once in the store we were not greeted. Then we went to check out and the manager was behind the counter talking to a customer about dog obedience. The customer then asked the manager if she wanted to help us first, she said no and then walked away with the customer where she talked to her for about 10 minutes while never saying anything to us. After that customer left the manager walked away. Then when another customer needed to check out she then decided to yell across the store for another associate to run the register. Still she never said hi, I’ll be right with you, nothing. Very poor management skills happening at this store and has been for a while now. Get new managers that care please.
