I LOVE PETROPOLIS if i could live there i would. I got a albino milk snake from them on january 24. She is doing absolutely great they even give frozen pinky mice that will need to be thawed and they also sell worms for fishing over all i love them. Also it took us a long time to hold one of the snakes only cause the worker mary was informing people about the animals they were buying i love mary she is super informative They also have cute crested geckos

I truly enjoy going to this pet store.My grand daughter loves it too.A sweet Lady (Mary ) that I met there is extreme Knowledgeable about every question I ever have. I have had fish tanks for many years it's a Hobbie I love and enjoy. So when an ammonia spike killed all my fancy tale guppies, I was in shock. My Heart was broken because I lost my entire tank. I watched several you tube videos on what to do with no luck. Everytime I bought fish they died. Ammonia spikes killing them everytime and little did I know that everytime I cleaned my tank. I was constantly killing off all my good bacteria. I have went to several places that sells fish and Not One person ever told me the information that I really needed to keep my fish alive and breeding. Mary told me the chemical to buy and info on what to do. I continue to buy all my fish and supplies from this store because today ,I have a Beautiful 55 gal. Tank to watch and enjoy. If you have this Hobbie as I do. You will not be disappointed if you visit this store. Ask for Mary. She can help you so much.

Discovered this store today and decided to check it out after a move to Bardstown left us with little in the way of options for an aquarium supply store. And boy are we glad we did! They couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming to two new customers. Very well laid out and maintained sales floor and the livestock all looked healthy. They've definitely earned our business!

Shawn and the staff at Petropolis provide excellent customer service and have always gone above and beyond. Their selection beats every other pet store in the surrounding area. They have harder to find brands including Exo Terra and some of the best quality feeders available locally. If you're looking to setup an aquarium, terrarium, or paludarium this is the place to go!

We bought a chameleon here and we absolutely love her. She’s healthy, friendly, and happy. The staff and owner were very knowledgeable and helpful. We came in for movies because we miss the “blockbuster experience” we had as kids with our families.... and left with a new pet.
