We cannot say enough about the customer service here, specifically with Adrian and Kei. We spoke with Adrian initially in the morning, where we met our now new family member, Mr. Pants (LOL). Adrian was very helpful and ensured that all of our questions were answered. He kept Mr. Pants "on hold" while we went home to think about whether or not we were going to take him home. Ultimately, we decided yes. We went back a few hours later and met Kei, who was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We arrived during a rush hour and it was sooo busy, but Kei ensured ALL our questions were answered (and we had A LOT this time lol) and that we felt good about taking him home. She also shared her personal experience(s), which was a nice touch and helped us feel extra comfortable. Our daughter wanted to come in to check out the "dinosaurs" and we ended up leaving with a new family member lol.

A fun and unique shop, specializing in reptiles only. No fish or aquarium supplies. Limited stock, but staff members seem very knowledgeable, and I think that they can special order most anything you need if you ask. Beyond being a retail shop, it's a SUPER fun place to visit generally, which adds a great deal to the community. I've been eyeing the bearded dragons for awhile- gonna get one soon 😀 . Always lots of kids making memories- really, the type of place that makes Grand Ave such a fun, funky, unique gem!

I personally love this place, the people there are so sweet, and helpful, my favorite being the lady with the snake tattoo on her arm, they know a lot about their animals, clearly care about their animals, have proper care for them for sale, big cages, and I remember once I asked to hold a gecko and the man told me ‘they don’t like to be held, but I can show you one that does!’ Which was so nice, even though I didn’t get to see the one I wanted, he respected the animal, and showed me a different one, so we both were happy in the end.

This place has everything you need for your reptile! It doesn't matter if you have a snake, turtle, lizard, or any other kind of reptile. The best part is most of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and can give you advice or information that is invaluable for caring for your pet. The place is well stocked, and if they don't have it they can usually order it. They also have lots of food for whatever animal you may be caring for, from live mice to crickets to worms, they have it all. Highly recommended!!
