Hollywood Feed

I have been going to Hollywood Feed for the last 5 years and while my experience is always pleasant, this visit was the most memorable. Virginia greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked me if I needed help with anything I told her I was looking for cat food like I normally tell the workers. She actually told me that there were some sales going on and I ended up taking home some wet food for my girls. She also gifted me a birthday bag for kitties which was something I had never been offered before and when I got home they absolutely loved it. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and informing me of the deals going on. You were a gem to be around during this shopping experience!

I was moving fast on 4/4 placing an online order but accidentally ordered puppy food instead of adult food. I didn’t realize until after my order had been delivered. I called in and spoke with Carolyn (hope that’s how her name is spelled) and she was SUPER accommodating. She worked something out for me and I was able to get what I needed today. Both Carolyn and Nicole, the young lady why I met with this morning, were super personable and understanding. Being kind goes a long way. Customer service is not lacking and I appreciate in a world full of people trying to make things difficult for others, they both showed grace and understanding to me!! I hope this is the right location im leaving a review for because I forgot to ask which store they worked at.

Holly says thank you for all the birthday presents 🎁 amazing employees took great care of us as always we only came in for kitten food and a cup cake and left with a whole birthday goodie bag a big ear bandana and much more thank you!

They had a fun Valentines photo booth. Excellent selection of food and toys for your furry loved ones.

My favorite Hollywood Feed Store in the entire Metro Atlanta area. The staff is personable, knowledgeable and loves my dog. The store feels warm and cozy like you are asking a friend who is a true professional for the best products for you dog. My baby girl gets so excited every time we we pull into the parking lot. And if there wasn’t a dog park right around the corner, I could probably say she gets excited at least a mile out. We love this place. Thank you for building up your team as if they are family.
