I highly recommend Thomas & REN! REN has been really helpful with my birds which I bought from her today and she has been very patient supportive and helpful in fixing the cage with me and I am happily shifting my birds to the new cage. I recommend you all to Petco of this particular location staff is excellent and kind. Thomas and REN both helped me a lot to put the cage on top i highly recommend to buy big cages so that birdies can fly as you see in my next posts they are super happy to have more space the bigger the cage it is better it is

I ordered a Prescription Diet flavor my cat with kidney disease hadn't tried before. Unfortunately he not only didn't love the taste, but it didn't agree with his stomach. Petco rep sent me a replacement bag of the "old flavor" at no charge & advised that I could donate the rest of the almost full bag to a shelter or take to a store. Also gave me an additional credit because based on previous slow delivery I thought I might need to buy a small bag to hold me over. A good experience overall, would have given 5 stars if I could have gone to a nearby store to buy an 8.5 bag rather than having to wait for it to be shipped.

I've never experienced a disrespectful pet store until this location. I used the curbside pickup only to wait along time until I decided to call the store that was not busy to get my order brought out only to have this disrespectful employee slam my car door as he put the dog food in; walk off with no apologies or acknowledgement of their actions.
