Year-old expired food and dead/decaying animals. I don't know where any of these positive reviews are coming from. Here's the emaciated fish I purchased as well, with completely rotted fins and dropsy. Law enforcement should get involved with how much of a health hazard this location is. If you like maggots in your pet food and your pets already pre-killed, shop here.

Sky goes above and beyond to help you!!! You can tell that not only does she go out of her way for customers but that her employees respect and admire her. A young employee kept asking her questions during our interaction and she never got frustrated and used every moment as a learning opportunity! It was refreshing to watch! She is always smiling and is so full of knowledge! An absolute asset to your company! A prime example of why you should never judge a book by the cover!

A really unique shopping experience. You'll stand at the checkout waiting on a cashier in a completely empty store. This happens literally all the time. Hard to imagine a business makes it this difficult to purchase products from.

We took our dog to a groomer here named Katie who was flagged as the manager when I was booking. Imagine my surprise when my husband brings our dog back and she is clearly in distress. She won’t stop licking her genital area and scooting on the floor. When she walks she has to stop half way through to run her backside on the floor. We looked and noticed BAD razor rash on her genital area and the underside of her tail. She is clearly in pain. It hard to understand how a groomer (a MANAGER no less) 1) could do this 2) could not notice they have done this 3) not disclosed this to the costumer during pick up. It is bright red and inflamed and will require veterinary attention tomorrow morning. VERY disappointed in the service we received here.

Am in shock How they won’t Sell me 2 Betta Fish Because I didn’t buy a an Aquarium filter and water pump! They refuse to sell me the fish because they have a policy that if I don’t own a filter the fish would not be sold! I have had Betta Fish all my life I know how to care for them! I know exactly what todo when cleaning and just keep you me fish heathy and alive! Petco has their beta Fish in a small cup with out Filter and dirty water but they won’t sell me Betta fish with out filter! They had 2 dead Betta fish and one white betta that was Half dead so I ask manager to sell it to me! She said no,l was gonna care for it and bring it back to life because that’s what am good for’ I love Betta! fish’! My point is you won’t sell me my fish because I don’t buy filter! But you have the fish on display in 16oz cup with dirty water! You lost the sell because what I did was went straight to Petsmart on North point parkway and they not only sold me the fish but gave me 12 day to return invade it died or what ever! Am so comfuse to why the manager didn’t sell me the fish! I went in wensday Jan 22 alround 6 pm! Y’all loosing money and got Employees looking a lil high if you ask me! Not me trying to buy the half dead fish and got denied
