I had other Veterinary experiences, but I cannot compare with the amazing service that I receiving from Dr. Eduardo Garcia and his entire staff. Dogs have a good perception regarding people and Olivia is always happy when she walks into this clinic, if she is happy, I am happy too. Olivia was spayed here and the experience was excellent!. Prices are reasonable, and the annual registration helps with the applied discounts. Also, the grooming service they recommended is so great! Johny's Grooming, Johley Diaz groomer. I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years now. Sadly, my cat had to be put down because of his critical condition. Dr. Garcia did an excellent job at taking care of him and never giving false promises. He told me one of the medications would either get him worse or better and he was right, my cat was worse but it was worth the risk. His honesty and transparency made this whole process so much easier. He went through the whole process gently and we sadly had to let our cat go. I’m so happy to have met such compassionate and professional people who gave my cat a place to feel at ease and with good hands.

I have found a veterinary clinic that meets all my expectations and needs for my dog ​​Albin. I went to them looking for a third opinion for his chronic problems. I could not find a solution to them in other clinics. In the first consultation the vet focused on finding Albin's primary problem and fortunately today after 5 consultations my furry friend is healthy and I managed to understand that the problem in his ears is due to an autoimmune disease and I have a diagnosis. I appreciate the professionalism and having found all the services that Albin required in this hospital. They have x-rays, an in-house and reference laboratory, ultrasound, surgery, biopsies, allergy tests and much more! They have a great team that really cares about the health of pets. I recommend them.

The last couple of times that I have gone to the clinic I have noticed a change in staff. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a vet tech that was not Paco. This individual Dr. Garcia did not take the time to introduce himself, he just came barging in started asking questions and making assumptions. He was very unprofessional, had a very condescending attitude and does not bother to take the time to address questions/concerns. If you consider coming to this clinic I highly suggest seeing the vet Paco and only him at this practice. He is extremely genuine, thoughtful and professional in his work. End of story, my puppy lost her left eye for bad practice from this new staff 😠

If you are looking for a decent lovely real animal-lover and very responsible staff, you are in the right place. A few years ago, I came to this Clinic with my 6 year-old rescued Golden Retriever and I found a lot of support and good treatments for my baby' health problems. It was amazing year after year, the way they cared and loved Bruno. Thanks to these guys, we had a chance to have a better life together. When time came for my angel to leave, they were the most supportive and loving group of people that I could wish for. They helped me went thru one of the hardest times of my life. Now thanks to them I have another angel walking with me on Earth. His name is Mateo, another rescued angel. I still and will always feel that I was the rescued one. Thanks guys, for everything you do for the animals and people who love them.
